Where can I receive the N.O.D. list?

I'm looking for the NOD(Notice of Default) list. Im looking for local foreclosures, pre-foreclosues, Bank owned properties, etc. I was told to look at the county courthouse, via Data Processing Dept, but when I call, they don't know what I'm talking about.. I live in Los Angeles, CA (Koreatown). Can someone lead me in the right direction.
