How to train a dog? plz help!!!!?

i have a Miniature jack russel and i want to train him he can walk on a lead but i have been taking him to dog shows and he isn't very good with shows he doest like to walk and wont open his mouth for the Judge im not sure how to train him to do tricks either like sit ,roll, or paw id really like to do it :)
